Point1.
The high cooling head with improved cooling efficiency has increased the output of compressed air

The high cooling head that employs cooling fins having a larger surface area and aluminum alloy parts having high heat conductivity has improved the cooling efficiency significantly. In addition, a V-groove is cut between the air suction chamber and air discharge chamber to reduce the transfer of heat to the air suction chamber from the heated air in discharge chamber. This has improved the efficiency of air suction.

The newly-developed flap valve and the air valve made entirely of stainless steel have increased the output of compressed air and improved the reliability of compressor operation

The newly-developed flap valve and the air valve made entirely of stainless steel have increased the output of compressed air and improved the reliability of compressor operation

Point3.
The Heat Cut Piston Pin and the new-type Leak Cut Piston Ring have increased the output of compressed air and improved the reliability of compressor operation

The use of a Heat Cut Piston Pin made of heat-insulating material has reduced the transfer of heat from the pistion to the needle bearing. As a result, the needle bearing temperature rise is restrained significantly (excepting the 0.75 kW model). In addition, the use of a new-type Leak Cut Piston Ring whose miter is cut in a unique way has improved the sealing ability of piston ring and increased the output of compressed air. Furthermore, the use of a new-type ring made of fluorocarbon resin has improved the wear resistance of ring.
